hi, Lauren just put the salt planks on here but I wanted to let you know that Danny & I love cooking(grilling)on the salt plank. We've cooked all meat , chicken & fish (swordfish is especially good) It helps keep your meat moist,tender & flavor full. Also natural salt is lower in sodium ,a consideration for high blood pressure concerns. Come in , i'll tell you all about it. M
